Reunion Highlights: Connections, Celebrations, and Memories

A record number of alumni returned for April’s Reunion, which began with a Falcon BBQ at Miller House and a special Nature Walk led by beloved teacher Fred Atwood. The Class of 2015 also turned out in record numbers to open their time capsule, a perennial highlight. 

The Reunion Reception welcomed alumni and current and former faculty, with a special tribute from Head of School Patrick McHonett honoring retiring faculty, including Mr. Atwood. In his honor, the Upper School classroom where Fred taught for decades now bears his name, and more than $74,000 has been raised for the Fred Atwood Endowed Fund for Science. Reception guests were given binoculars to wear as an additional fun tribute to Mr. Atwood that night.

Save the date for Reunion 2026 on Saturday, April 25, 2026! Classes ending in 1 and 6 will be celebrating their milestone Reunions and all alumni are invited back for the Reunion Reception that evening.
