Breana Turner ’15

Breana Turner ’15 recently returned to the TEDx stage—this time as a featured speaker at TEDx Warrenton. Her talk, “Questions Are the Answer: The Science of Communication,” explores the power of curiosity in bridging the gap between scientists and communities. This marks Breana’s third TEDx talk; she previously delivered “The Journey of Digging an Empty Grave” and “Complain to Change” as a student at Flint Hill. Breana is currently completing her PhD in Translational Biology, Medicine, and Health at Virginia Tech and will graduate in May 2026.
