Rachel Thompson ’12 married Marcus Finney in September 2025 in a beautiful vineyard wedding in Purcellville, VA. Rachel and Marcus met in 2011 at a Flint Hill varsity basketball game and immediately hit it off. They went to Virginia Tech together and reunited years later. Marcus popped the question in July 2024. It was always meant to be! Flint Hill graduates in attendance included Rachel’s sister and maid of honor, Lauren Thompson ’13, Tori McGill Mueller ’12, and Savannah Block Bonfitto ’12.
